Submit only information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share.
Submit only requirements and supply for goods that can be traded lawfully in the relevant countries. We do not accept submissions involving illegal, sanctioned or prohibited goods or parties.
You allow Offport to use your submission to review it, contact you, identify relevant buyers and suppliers and analyse demand and supply in aggregate, as described in the privacy policy.
We share your identity with another buyer or supplier only with your consent for that introduction.
We may decline or delete any submission at our discretion.

Offport does not guarantee that a submission will be reviewed within any time, matched, introduced or result in a transaction, nor any price, quantity, quality, payment or delivery. Commercial decisions and due diligence remain the responsibility of the parties.

5. Not regulated or professional services

Offport does not hold customer funds and does not provide banking, payment, escrow, lending, insurance, brokerage, freight, customs or legal services through this website. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax, customs or investment advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no automated submissions, scraping, spam, attempts to bypass security, impersonation or unlawful content.

7. Intellectual property

The Offport name, design and content of this website belong to Offport or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes.
