Submitting
Any legitimate product that can be lawfully traded across borders — from agricultural commodities and metals to machinery, consumer goods and electronics. Categories on this site are starting points, not limits.
We do not accept requests involving illegal, sanctioned or prohibited goods.
You describe the product, specification, quantity, destination, timing and preferred terms in a short multi-step form. Approximate answers are fine and most fields are optional.
The Offport team reviews the requirement. If we identify relevant supply, we contact you before any introduction is made.
You describe what you supply — specification, minimum order, capacity, origin, target markets, certifications and availability.
The Offport team reviews the profile. If a relevant buyer requirement exists, we contact you before any introduction is made.
The more precise the specification, the more useful the review. Product, quantity, destination or origin, timing and preferred terms matter most.
If you do not know something — an HS code, a target price or an exact port — leave it blank or choose “Not sure”.
It is transmitted securely to the Offport team and stored for review. A person reads every submission. We may contact you to clarify details, and we contact you before making any introduction.
We use your information only to review your submission, follow up and understand demand and supply in aggregate. See the privacy policy for details.
Yes. Submit each product or requirement separately so it can be reviewed on its own terms.
Yes. Submit a supply profile for each product line. If more than one relevant requirement exists, the Offport team will contact you about each.
Matching & identity
Possibly, when there is a genuine fit. The Offport team makes introductions only when both parties have agreed.
We cannot promise that a match will be found for every submission.
Your name, company and contact details are never published and are not shared with another buyer or supplier without your permission. Before an introduction, we share only non-identifying details of the requirement or supply.
Identities remain protected through discovery, matching and negotiation, and are disclosed only when both parties accept the final price and key terms.
No. Offport does not guarantee matches, introductions, prices, orders, payment or delivery. Commercial decisions remain with buyers and sellers.
Requirements and supply are compared on named factors: product, specification, quantity, origin and destination, timing and commercial terms.
The Offport team reviews the reasons behind each suggested match. People always choose, and paid placement never affects ranking.
Platform
Trade information should identify its source, date and coverage so buyers and sellers can judge its relevance.
Missing information is clearly marked rather than presented as a verified fact.
AI can help explain evidence, summarise a negotiation or compare terms. It works only with authorised data and human review.
AI never sends offers, accepts terms, makes commercial decisions or approves compliance. A person is always in control. Submissions on this website are reviewed by people.
Offport is not a bank, payment institution, lender, insurer or escrow provider, and never holds customer funds. Licensed partners handle payment services.
Nothing is paid or collected through this website.
No. Offport is not a freight forwarder or carrier. The platform is designed to show shipment milestones alongside the commercial record, while parties choose and manage their own logistics providers.
In the platform, a deal is recorded as closed only when both parties explicitly accept the final price and key terms. Contracts, payment, documents and shipping then follow in the same record, with compliance checks throughout.
Once both parties agree to an introduction, they continue the conversation directly.
